All items are sent USPS, UPS or Federal Express once an order has been verified for shipment.  You will be sent a tracking number by email of delivery confirmation.   CCPFragrance.com is not responsible for any theft of product or delivery to the wrong address. If a customer issues a complaint that they did not receive their product despite delivery confirmation, we will pursue a claim with USPS, UPS or Federal Express.  Shipping in USA is free except Alaska and Hawaii but there is a handling fee at $5.95 included in the cost of product.  Please note shipping costs for packages Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or outside the USA are based on the weight and dimensions of each item in your order plus the destination country. This calculation is done when you choose shipping address.  Items are sent out 24 hrs Monday through Friday excluding Saturday and Sunday after authorization.
